Tarsu be eligible to reduce the following types of people:
Single Senior (65 years) - reduced 30%
couple of elderly (65 years) - 30% discount
core family within which there is an invalid with 100% attendance allowance - 30% discount
single person living in an apartment of size less than 70 square meters - 20% discount
